This recipe is a tried and true recipe and it is so easy to make. These cookies are really good.

Peanut Butter Cookies:

2 Cups Skippy Super Chunk Peanut Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray cookie sheets with Pam Butter Non-Stick Cooking Spry.

Mix all ingredients toether.

Roll cookie dough into 1-in. balls and put on cookie sheets.

Make cross marks with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.

***I let the cookies cool; then I put them in a large Tupperware Bowl and put waxed paper over each layer of cookies.

I've done this one. Despite the lack of things like flour and baking powder or soda they come out pretty tasty. It's especially good for kids to make. Thanks for reminding me of this one.

I really don't make dough type eats. I am more of a pie person. But I think I can do this. I loves peanut butter, I love cookies. Thanks for the recipe. CF:)
