Ingredients:

6-oz. white chocolate
1 tbls. rum or 1 tsp. vanilla plus 1 tbls. cream
1 C whipping cream
2 egg whites at room temperature
3/4 tsp. cream of tarter


Directions:

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. When melted, stir in the rum or the vanilla and 1 tbls. whipping cream. Let cool completely. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding the cream of tarter after the egg whites have been beating about 1 minute. Carefully fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites. Beat the whipping cream until firm peaks form. Fold the chocolate and egg white mixture into the whipping cream. Spoon into small, individual serving dishes and top with Hershey's strawberry topping if desired.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving. A light and pretty dessert. :)
