Default Chicken Teriyaki

1/2 Cup GF Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
1 Crushed Clove of Garlic
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Ginger
2 1/2 lb Frying Chicken, cut up

Combine together the soy sauce, wine, garlic, sugar and ginger. Stir well. Place the chicken in a large Ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Refrigerate and let the chicken marinate for approx 2 hours. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and cook at 350 degrees until the chicken is done. This chicken also turns out very nicely on the grill.
