Thumbs up Great!

I made the Soy Sauce Substitute today and it was really very GOOD! My husband like it so much too. I am not sure if I have a gluten problem but I do know that I can't tolerate preservaties and some additives in all kinds of foods. Thank you for this recipe! I also passed it along to a relative that has problems with MSG in soy sauce. This will help expand her diet more too.

You're very welcomed!

I cannot eat many prepared foods - and I cannot stand MSG (which by the way is disguised by at least 2 dozen other names so that you won't know it is in what you are buying!) so I prefer all homemade.
