1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch 1/4 cup tapioca flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup margarine or shortening 1/4 to 1/2 cup water preheat skillet to medium combine all dry ingredients. use for or pastry cutter to cut margarine or shortening into flour mixture. add just enough water to make stiff dough. turn dough out onto well floured surface. roll out as thin as possible. cook on preheated skillet until lightly brown on both sides. makes 6 to 8 tortillas |
