Butter: Salted vs Unsalted

I always buy the salted too. Has a way better flavor, I think.

You freeze your butter? I've never thought about doing that.

That's interesting about the difference between salted and unsalted. I always buy unsalted and always keep extra sticks of butter in the freezer so i've never had an issue.

That's exactly what I do. I usually buy a few packages when it's on sale and keep in the freezer till I need it.

I have to buy the unsalted butter for my husband now. Has anyone else noticed that when they take something out of butter like salt that they raise the price like it cost more to put less in there.
