Sure salsa counts - and I know what you mean about trying to find decent tomatoes!!
We went to a taco bar at a friends house and they also had a dish of diced tomatoes (from a can) with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic (they added themselves) along side of the chopped tomatoes and salsa! For those who may not like spicy. It was good. |

What about refried beans? I noticed black beans but refried are also good. I think you pretty much have everything. That is a really good idea for a party. It is simple and everyone loves tacos. Will you be making any sides with it or is it just tacos?

That is true about eating so much. I think the taco bar will be a hit. YOu will have to let us know how it went. I am thinking about using your idea for our New Years Eve party. It is something simple. We are having finger foods so this will tie right in.
