Default Dip

Do you make your own dip for chips/veggies? Or do you buy premade? What are your favorites?

We tend to make the Hidden Valley brand out of the packets that are available in the store.

I love homemade - there is so much you can do with them and you can adjust them to what you are munching on!

I always make my own. I'm more creative with chip dips than veggie dips though. With veggies I tend to go with the standard ranch/sour cream. With chips I have a ton of great recipes. It doesn't take too long and they are yummy.

We like to use the dried onion soup with sour cream. Another favorite is to melt some velvetta and add rotel tomatoes or you can add canned chili.
