Question fruit/veggie wash

There is a product on the market that I used to be able to buy at the food stores---noone seems to carry it anymore. I was watching food network and very quickly they gave a recipe for making your own fruit/veggie wash. By the time I got a pen & paper it was gone..... Does anyone know how I can make my own? It takes the shinny stuff, dirt & everything off the food..it is not harmful to people. I would appreciate some input.
Thanks, Grammynj

If you mix vinegar & baking soda you get an foaming action great for cleaning the kitchen disposal and pipes. For produce the vinegar/water solution works just fine and is cheap.
