    Default Steak Fajitas ????

Ok, tonight I want fajitas. Normally I use a store bought dry mix as a marinade for the beef before cooking it. But I'd really like an authentic mexican style blend of seasonings to make from scratch.

Show me what ya got folks

I love this recipe CanMan!!! I do not use beer in cooking much, but this sounds wonderful! I could use some other alcohol in place of the beer don't you think? Let me know.
I was thinking Tequila for that authentic Mexican meal & all
