Hi, I'm Chance a home cook/chef who hopes to expand his knowledge base through this site. Most recent books read, Heat by Bill Buford and The Reach of the Chef by Michael Ruhlman. Both are great reads. I would recommend Ruhlman's book to all pofessionals who are beginning to look beyond the kitchen.

Nice to see you join us. Since your a home chef, I'd love to hear some of your recipe ideas. You don't have to share any secrets but meal ideas, and accompaniments, etc would be great to hear. I'm always looking to try new things.
