i am new to this site - actually i am pretty new to the internet - but one of my biggest hobbies is cooking and, well, unfortunately also the eating afterwards.
this means: i am not a fashionable "size zero"!! isnīt it a shame: when you know cooking, you also now what tastes good and what not. and i canīt hear it anymore: Lightproducts or fatfree-products taste just as good as the real thing!! this is a big pile of pure and utter b++++++t!! when you ever tried a real creamy italian icecream and then compare it to a fatfree soja icecream-----you know what i am talking about! well, in general: i am spe******ed in cooking mediterranean, fish and seafood (obviously i live on the coast) and i am also quite good at typical austrian food and desserts. (i learned cooking in vienna) so, if you have any questions in these areas - just fire away. |
