Smile Please help

Just wanted to say hello to everyone, and ask for help. I'm having company for Christmas and a member of my church who will be attending does not eat meat. I was wondering if anyone knows of a vegeterian dish that I could serve as a main entry.

letty - what about a nice veggie casserole with buttered crumbs on top, or even a noodle dish with a meatless sauce? there are many types sauces that you can team up with any type of pasta - if you need recipes - give a holler!

what about fish/seafood??????

Stuffed shells? or cheese ravioli with marinara sauce?

Lots of people do Italian holidays so that would fit nicely.
