Hi!! Welcome! I look forward to seeing recipes from you.

My husband was stationed in South Korea, twice actually. He absolutely loved it there. He says it is a beautiful place and has a lot of great things to say about the food, culture, and people! He came home with a ton of pictures and it looks so beautiful.

I checked out your blog and it is very nice looking. I am always impressed with someone that can cook for so many people. The picture of you stirring the rice with a shovel really puts things in perspective when it comes to cooking for so many people.

My husband and I like to try different cuisines and he purchased a product yesterday when shopping at our local Asian market. Are you familiar with a brand of Korean BBQ Sauce called Premium Neul Charm? We are going to use it to barbeque some short ribs.

I forgot to mention to you that you should post your recipes to the forum. I love spring rolls and have a Vietamese friend who makes some awesome spring rolls. My husband and I have made our own homemade spring rolls. We will have to try your recipe sometime.
