Hi cheeseonaplate!

Try this delicious appetizer if you like asparagus:

Sliced ham like Dak
Blanched asparagus (cooked until tender crisp)
Cream cheese


Cook the asparagus until tender but crisp. Take a slice of ham, spread about 1 to 2 tsp of cream chese on the ham. Place an asparagus spear on top and roll up. You can place the asparagus spear either lengthwise or shortwise on the ham depending on how you want it to look. This is an excellent tease of the tastebuds.
