I just joined because I did a search yesterday, for I don't know what, and stumbled on this website. It was a recipe for substitute soysauce. I made it today and it was GREAT! Had to come back to see what else I am missing.
I seem to be reacting to preservatives in foods and have to make my own stuff from scratch. Bought a few books and some of the stuff isn't so great so I am still looking for better. I bet I find it here! Thanks!
