Hey
I am an avid Barbecuer, My team name is Butts-N-Gutts, we compete when we feel like it.
I am looking on here trying to get some ideas that may be able to transfer over to the barbecue side of things.
Also you do need to make stuff that does not have to be done on the grill or smoker, need some sides deserts, and sometimes even some of that green stuff.

I look forward to getting to know everyone on here and sharing some information back with you.
