I'm not sure how much practical knowledge of French cuisine you'll find amongst the membership here. I myself have very little of French cuisine know-how to offer, except for some limited experience with the classic basics. Perhaps you can share and teach us what you know?

Still we always enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. Please take the time to look around our site and read through older threads and posts. I think you'll find we're a fine bunch of folks with tremendous cooking/eating experience to offer.
