My name is Ali and I own a small business here in Portland Oregon that specializes in importing gourmet olive oil from the Mediterranean. Growing up I was introduced to many different varieties of flavors by my family and cooking has become a natural part of my life since I was a little kid. I love experiencing new tastes and I'm always on the lookout to find the next hint of gourmet in dishes that I taste.
