there are tons of recipes that could match what you are looking for - I don't have that book - anyone have it here???

    Baked Chicken and Gravy

6 - 8 chicken breast 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. water

Place chicken in a greased 9x13 inch casserole. Combine soups with water and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hr. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hr more or until chicken is browned and tender. Makes lots of delicious gravy to spoon over rice or mashed pototatoes.

    Oven Crispy Onion Mushroom Chicken

    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 T dry Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3-4 c. corn flakes, crushed
    Salt & black pepper taste

    Preheat oven: 350F

Combine mayonnaise & dry soup mix; let stand 5-10 min so onion flakes will soften.

If chicken breasts are wet, pat dry. Dip chicken breasts in mayonnaise mixture & roll in corn flake crumbs & place in pan or cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Season each with salt & pepper.

    Bake at 350F 30-35 min.

    and there are tons more
