Hello to all! I am looking for recipes or help using my new Flavour Wave Oven. It comes with a mighty scant few recipes. I tried T bone steak which should have turned out wonderfully....but alas, either I overcooked it or made some other error as it was tough as shoe leather!

I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, on the ocean. Starting to get chilly the last few days so I am happy to be cooking and looking up some new recipes!
