I'm new here but would like to know how to create the bottles that I see in my store where I work that have vegetables or fruit in a clear liquid. Tag says infused vinegar. I have preserved fruit and vegetables and have used vinegar in preparing pickles. But have never heard of infused vinegar before. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Susan. Welcome to our little forum. I am just across the Sabine from you in Louisiana. I can't help you at all with "infused vinegar" but I'm sure someone will jump in here any minute and clear it up for you.

it can be garlic-infused or infused with any spices andd herbs your want
