I'm new here but would like to know how to create the bottles that I see in my store where I work that have vegetables or fruit in a clear liquid. Tag says infused vinegar. I have preserved fruit and vegetables and have used vinegar in preparing pickles. But have never heard of infused vinegar before. Any help would be appreciated.
