Hello.. I'm new.. A farmer in SC. Got the "Ninja Master Prep" for Christmas. Looking for healthy recipes & tips. The pamphlet that came with it is very limited to say the least. Not looking for chef type recipes, just down to earth healthy fare.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Sorry it took so long to reply. Have been just tooooo busy here on the farm. Getting over the holidays and getting ready to celebrate my Husbands 80th birthday. Gosh how time flies when you are living your life. Might get to sit awhile in March! LOL

Thanks chubbyalaskagriz.. He had a great BD.. We went to Orlando, Fl(sunny it was NOT) for 8 days. We about froze to death. But all in all, we had a GREAT time. I do believe it was warmer here in South Carolina while we were gone.. Just got back last night. Lots of farm chores to catch up on. Hope you all have a great weekend.
