    How can I steam a hamberger?

    Anyone do this? is it good?

    I like them steamed on occasion.

    form your meat patty into a disk (seasoned) (just stuff it in the can) - place in a clean and dry tuna fish can - use a stove top steamer or a double boiler, cover and steam until done - 5 to 10 minutes or so depending on thickness, etc.
