    I would get on the soap box for just a moment and introduce myself....

    I'm Thom Jenkins and I love to cook, make bread & hot sauce.
    I like quick easy and good.
    Cooking takes me away from my day job ( sorta ) as when I am cooking I can clear my mind!!!

    Anyway, greetings to all who love spice!

    Welcome to our forum thom. BTW we all love spice. The forum is actually named Spice Place. You will need to share some of your bread recipes with us too.
