Default loves cooking

Hi Everyone! I am a young mother who loves cooking for my boys. I've been trying to divert their attention from red meat to more white meats and vegetables. No luck so far. Got any tips?

I've had some luck replacing ground beef with ground turkey (like in meatloaf or meatballs) and also jamming chopped-up veggies in there, too. How old are your boys? Mine are two years old and I find that if I give 'em ketchup to put on the food, they'll eat even the veggies.

I can't watch them eating carrots with ketchup (makes me sick!), but, hey, they're eating vegetables! Alert the media!

Veggie lasagna? Maybe they won't notice the veggies amongst all the pasta and cheese.

Tofu can be ground up and added to lots of stuff that they won't notice .

Also maybe they will like veggies better if they are breaded? Oven fried zucchini and squash are pretty tasty. They can be dipped in ranch dressing.
