Welcome to the forum Emissa. I adore Chinese food but like many others I have a hard time finding many Chinese ingredients.

Chinese food ingredinents are really hard to find, many of them only in China, and the way of cooking is totaly different from the western. Nowdays Chinese food have learned from the western much gradually, so i think it's time to make western people know the real Chinese food simultaneously, just like scrapping.
