    Default Hello, I am new to your forum

    Hi everyone,

    My name is Lydia and I live in Upstate NY. I'm Italian and with that being said, I LOVE to Cook and EAT! I am constantly on line looking for new recipes and I own a ton of cookbooks and cooking magazines. I really look forward to interacting with everyone out there about all kinds of things.

    My biggest challenge right now is that I just joined Weight Watchers, for the second time I might add, and to continue to cook the way I am used to. Durning the day, paired down meals are easy, but not so much when it comes to cooking dinner. For my dinner, I like something more flavorful, and intense in richness. It will be a challenge...
