This is the first time I have joined a cooking forum but have always wanted to do this. I live in Spain, love cooking, wine, food - all that good stuff. I have collected recipes from all over the world so have a ton of them now.
I have three books published with Amazon.
I love trying recipes from different countries, my husband is a willing victim here! But we do watch our weight so the gym plays a huge part in our lives.

I wonder if you could help me. I am trying to upload a picture but when I keep it to the dimensions of 100 x 100 pixels it shows as minute of my "Edit Profile" Will it be larger on the forum or am I doing something wrong? Many thanks.
