    I'm Carlos, I'm living in Mexico, and I am loving the cuisine!

    I've been writing down my favorite recipes as I've traveled through Mexico, but it's always great when you can just hop online to find something different to experiment with in the kitchen.

    I'm excited to be here because it looks like there are some great members, so cheers, and I hope to meet a lot of you in the coming weeks

    Carlos, welcome to the forum. I to love the food of Mexico, I mean real food not Tex Mex. Course I like Tex Mex to, being from and living in Texas. Most people don't know there is a difference. Looking forward to your post. CF
