Hi to everyone. I happened on this wonderful site quite by accident. I harvested some vegetables from my small garden and wondered why my okra was woody, even after cooking. I checked on line and found you. I am really excited to belong to this community, as I cook almost all of our meals. My husband and I rarely eat out because we tend to be a bit fussy. Anyway, I planted a small garden this year for the first time. I'm learning. I am really looking forward to sharing info with all of you. I'm sure I will learn a lot. Thank you so much for allowing me to join this community.
Btw, I don't know what everything on the site means, yet, but I'm a fairly fast learner.
