Default Low-fat, low-carb, low-sodium snacks?

I'm "trying" hard to be diet conscious.

So does anybody have any ideas/info on the best low-fat, low-carb, low-sodium snacks around? Not just home-made recipes, but processed/pre-packaged foods as well.

I'd love to hear your suggestions.

This is a very difficult question. Being able to create low-fat, low-carb and low-sodium in a single package would be a wonder, deserving a nobel prize. All I can think of are fresh vegetables and fruits. Fruits and vegetables are low in fat and sodium but they are carbs anyway. Still, they are low in calories, if you are dieting .
