Low Sodium Steak Marinade
Caribbean type Marinade for GREAT Steaks. Great before grilling out!
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TBS. Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend
1/2 tsp. Truly Caribbean Steak Seasoning
1/2 tsp minced Roasted Garlic
thoroughly mix all items together in a small cup. Place steaks in a 1 gal. zip lock freezer bag and pour marinade over steaks. remove as much air as possible from the bag and let sit in refrigerator for at least a couple hours, Overnight best.
