Hi, try this one

Buffalo Wings

McIlhenny's original Tabasco Sauce is the lowest sodium hot pepper sauce that I've seen in local groceries. It has only 30 mg per teaspoon, while most of the others have 5 to 10 times that. A serving is 3 wing pieces.

24 Chicken Wings
3 T Unsalted Butter
3 T Tabasco
2 T White Vinegar

Cut off and discard the small tip of each wing. Cut the main wing bone and second wing bone at the joint. Place in roasting pan and roast in 350 degree oven until crisp, about 30-40 minutes. Melt butter in small saucepan, add the Tabasco and white vinegar. place wings in a large bowl with a tight sealing cover. Pour butter mixture over the wings and shake to coat. Remove wings, allowing extra sauce to drain.

and this:
Baked French Toast

You can reduce the fat and calories significantly by leaving off the crumb topping and it will still taste great.

6 c Low Sodium Bread
3 Eggs
3 T Sugar
1 t Vanilla
2 1/4 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Flour
6 T Brown Sugar
1/2 t Cinnamon,packed
1/4 c Unsalted Butter
1 c Blueberries,Fresh Or Frozen

Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the milk until well blended. Pour over bread, turning pieces to coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Turn bread over in baking dish. Scatter blueberries over bread. Sprinkle evenly with crumb mixture. Bake about 40 minutes until golden brown.

Have you tried consulting a dietitian? They can give you an idea of what to eat and what not to eat at exactly the right amounts. My grandmother has a heart failure and her dietitian allows her to eat anything she wants but for a specific amount only. My grandmother is doing fine.
