Italian meatloaf
Like regular meatloaf but with an italian flair
(this recipe feeds enough for 2 or double for more- well my guy is a big eater, so you may get more servings) 1/2 lb hamburger 1/4 c crumbled feta cheese 1 large carrot, shredded 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg sliced mushrooms (as much as you prefer) chopped onions (as much as you prefer) chopped garlic (as much as you prefer) salt and pepper italian spices (oregano,basil, etc.) spagetti sauce Mix all ingredients except sauce. When mixed spread in cake pan. Cover with thin layer of spagetti sauce. Cook 45 min or until done.
