1 package no cook lasagna noodles
1lb Mild Italtian sausage 1lb ground beef 4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 med onion (chopped) 2 tsp Basil 2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp lemon pepper 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 cup Orange juice concentrate Brown the above ingrediants and set aside. 1 pint sour cream 1 c cottage cheese 1/3 cup dry white wine 1lb grated Mozzerella (set aside a little less than half) 1/2 lb parmesean cheese (set aside a little less than half) 1 15 oz can chopped olives (you can leave these out) Mix above ingrediants in large mixing bowl Combine all ingrediants (except cheese you set aside) into the large mixing bowl. Alternate layers of cheese/meat mixture in greased 9x13 baking pan. Top with left over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. |
