I really meant what kind of a side would the sauce go over for instance: rice, beans, etc. I was thinking that it probably makes quite a bit of sauce and it would be good spooned over a side not just the meat.

P.S. my squash are just about to bloom out and I just can not wait to have those fried squash blossoms. And you would never guess what I saw this morning (not in my yard) a baby chipmunk...so adorible Of-course I was walking my dag and he took after it like a Banshee Indian gone mad!

awwww - baby chipmunks are so cute! as far as sides - try it on anything you want! the sauce that is - not the baby chipmunk! LOL
