Default Yummy!!!

Before I left for work I whipped up some Stuffed Bell Peppers and placed them on low in the Crock-Pot to cook while I am at work! I made extra, because I love them for lunch the next day

When I get home I will make Fried Okra, Basmati Rice and bread to complete the meal!

I made turkey Swedish meatballs for dinner last night. Served with gluten free-egg noodles, lingonberry jelly and salad. I'm having left-overs for lunch mmm-mmm!

I am cooking my first batch of kale from the FIL's garden. Jon really hates to smell greens cooking lol. I am going to make some cornbread to go with.
