Default Pasta Joann

This recipe is for a fantastic dish brought to a pot luck at church recently. I was not given the name so I will call it Joann because that is the lady's name who shared it with me

4 oz of spaghetti
Pkg of chopped spinach
2-3 cups of Monterey Jack w/colby
½ tsp of minced onions
¼ cup of sour cream
¼ cup of milk
1 egg
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook spaghetti and spinach according to directions, drain. Mix all other ingredients together (reserve some of cheeses to sprinkle on top) - add cooked drained spaghetti and spinach. Place in ungreased casserole dish, put remainder of cheeses on top and bake for approx 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
