I am glad you had your huge celebration and I know that it must have been a wonderful time for one and all! 40 people is alot of people to feed!!! My goodness such fun! That suckling pig you have a photo of here sure looks tasty!

Hi Cathy,

thanks a lot, you're really very kind! you make me feeling guilty that it's so long time i don't visit my Spiceplace friends.

even if too late, Happy birthday to your kid as well, he's a like guy to have you as mother.

As usually nobody cooked for me, but i invited my 40 guest, and prepared the usual enormous quantity of food... and it was even good!
