We are happy to have you! Cooking is wonderful, and eating is even better! Hope you feel at home here on SpicePlace and we look forward to your recipes. I for one love Spicy Caribbean food. Used to find it alot in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area near where I used to live. I am ready to learn more. I will adjust the heat to my likes, I like hot food just not over whalmingly so!
