  1. Your curried apples were great. Now you have me on a curry kick. I plan on putting a chicken curry in the crock pot in the morning. I requires the same 2 Tbs or one jar.
  2. try and use a little
  3. I have the curry but not from Trinidad or Tabago just plain McCormick. That itty bitty jar is 1 oz so I won't have to measure it just dump it in. 1 oz = 2 Tbs. Thanks again
  4. All my recipes contains NO SALT Have you ever tasted mangoes from the Caribbean, well curried apples tastes like curried mangoes, just add a tablespoon of honey, that will do the trick. If you are unable to find curry powder let me know I can purchase it and mail it to you, let me know. I would certainly share some of my favorite recipes with you. You are my favorite on SP....
  5. Thank you so much for the curry apple recipe. Apples, cucumbers and tomatoes are a few of the things I can have as much as I want on my low sodium diet. I will need to sub something for the salt but that is no problem. I'm not familiar with the curry powder though. I will look for it next trip to the market. Thanks again and you should post this on the sidedish forum in Spice Place. -John- (JP)
  6. I would love to see some of your spicey Caribbean dishes. I need some variety in my diet. Hope to hear from you more.
