Thank you so much for the curry apple recipe. Apples, cucumbers and tomatoes are a few of the things I can have as much as I want on my low sodium diet. I will need to sub something for the salt but that is no problem. I'm not familiar with the curry powder though. I will look for it next trip to the market. Used to find it alot in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area near where I used to live. I am ready to learn more. I will adjust the heat to my likes, I like hot food just not over whalmingly so!
