ButterSticks is on a distinguished road
Default Shepherds Pie....

6 large potatoes, boiled, and mashed with butter, milk, and salt & pepper. Put to one side.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 bag Frozen mixed vegetables (California mix is good)
1 tin kernal corn
2 cans Campbells mushroom with garlic soup
1 can beef gravy
1 pkt lipton onion soup
salt and pepper to taste (Season Salt is good)
Brown the ground beef in a roasting pan and pour off any
fat. Mix all other ingredients, but NOT the mashed potatoes, into the beef and add 1/2 can water. Bake uncovered in the oven for 1 hour. Remove, and stir the mixture. Spread the potatoes over the mixture, sprinkle some paprika, and a little cheese if you wish, and place under the BROILER until the top is turning brown. Keep an eye on this, as when it FINALLY starts to brown, it browns VERY fast. This recipe will feed a family, and can be frozen too.
