Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Crumb dough:
4 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 Tablespoons vanilla sugar
1 Cup oil
2 eggs
Filling:
1 package frozen Rhubarb
1 package frozen strawberries
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 Cups sugar
6 Tablespoon corn starch
2 Tablesppoon vanilla sugar
Mix all ingredients for crumb dough. Divide in half. Press half into bottom of 9" round baking pan.
Process all filling ingredients in processor until thick and juicy. pour onto crumb mixture
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
