CHOCOLATE PECAN TARTLETS

Yields 36

36 frozen mini Phyllo cups
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup bourbon
1 egg, lightly beaten


Preheat oven to 360* F.

Arrange Phyllo cups on a lightly greased baking sheet. Add chocolate morsels into each cup.

Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon evenly into each cup.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool and serve.
