Cool Butter Tarts

Got this recipe from my future Mother in Law.. Was over the othe day and was telling her I had a craving for Butter Tarts, so she gave me this recipe.. Delicious..

2 TBS of Butter
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp of Vanilla
1 Cup of Currents

Mix all together in a bowl
I cheated and bought the cups
Put a little more then a tablespoon in each cup

Bake for 5 minutes at 400
and then 20 minutes at 350

Makes 12 - 14 Butter tarts

These sound good and easy if you buy the pre-made tart shells!
