Smile Cream Cheese and Honey Pie~ An old forum friend forwarded this recipe

An old forum friend forwarded this recipe to me, from another forum site ~ author unknown. It sounds too delicious not to share it so.... I thought I'd post it to share with everyone here

Cream Cheese Honey Pie

1 tsp. butter,
8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter,
3 Tbsp honey, warmed,
2 eggs, lightly beaten,
1 tsp ground cinnamon,
1 8 inch pie shell

Set the oven at 375.

Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and honey together.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour mixture into pie shell, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Sprinkle cinnamon over the top, and let cool before serving.

Honey and cream cheese work well together......when you bake it,
check it about 10 minutes before the stated baking time is up

If it is set on the edges, and just a bit soft in the center, turn the oven off, but leave the door closed for 5 minutes, then open the door so it's ajar, and allow the pie to cool in the oven until the oven is down to room temperature.

Then take the pie out and let it finish cooling on the counter.

Then wrap and chill it.
