Green Tomato Pie

Unbaked Pie Crust for 9" Pie
4 C Thinly Sliced Green Tomatoes, peel before slicing
1 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
4-5 Tbl All Purpose Flour
2 Tbl Lemon Juice

Preheat oven 425F

Prepare pie crust using your favorite recipe or store bought. Line pie pan with crust, set aside.
Blend flour, sugar, spices, lemon juice together. Toss with green tomatoes. Place in pie crust.
Bake until tomatoes are soft.
