March 14 is nearing and at work my department's annual "Pi Day" has...

...been announced.

We have 30++ folks and most bring at least one pie to be judged.

Some amazing pies have won the coveted first prize ribbon (I have never gotten that ribbon).

Last year's winner was "Orange Tang Chiffon Pie" made with- you guessed it- the instant orange drink mix! Other past winners have included Up-Side-Down Apple Pie, Peanut-Butter Pie and Strawberry-Rhubarb.

In the past I have made a Blackberry Pie, a Tin Roof Sundae Pie, a Dutch Apple and a Butterscotch Meringue.

If you were in my department, what pie would YOU make this year?
